CHILDREN' CLASSES

The Childrens classes promote discipline, respect, and a healthy life style while teaching self defense skills and providing a friendly competitive atmosphere.

JIU JITSU CLASSES

Jiu Jitsu classes are no-gi style which focuses on Real Life Self Defense situations. Based on precise timing and effective use of leverage so that virtually anyone can do it, man woman or child, regardless of their size or athletic ability. Jiu Jitsu is the primary style taught, which is geared for use in real-life situations and in disabling your opponent.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA) & KICKBOXING CLASSES

The MMA Class is for Experienced Students ONLY that are training to compete in MMA or just like to train at the highest levels.

These classes focuses on all aspects of Cage Fighting combining all fighting styles to insure a well rounded Fight Game, as well as effective striking using Hands, Elbows, Knees, and Feet.

These classes also teaches defensive techniques including proper stance and how to avoid kicks and punches. Excellent all-around striking training with a focus on fitness. This class is very cardio intensive with approximately 20 minutes of intense cardio before instruction begins. So be ready to lose weight and get in shape!
