Charles Hanebrink holds a Black Belt in Jiu Jitsu from renowned instructor Walt Bayless. He also holds a Black Belt in Judo from Karl Geis, who trained Judo Gene Labell. Charles has been training in Mixed Martial for 20 years and has traveled extensively throughout the United States training with the top Instructors and MMA Fighters in the sport. His passion for teaching makes Charles a highly sought trainer for fighters of all ages and skill levels.

Joey is one of only 8 black belts awarded by Charles. He has been an instructor since 2008 for the children and adult classes. He came in with a background in wrestling and coaching and has competed and won at top level tournaments. He has placed first in the Advanced Mens Divison at the Hayastan Grappling Challenge, US Grappling, NAGA, and Super Slam events. He has the skills and experience to make sure you effectively learn Jiu Jitsu. He is a graduate of Winthrop University and is employed with Office Depot. He is married to his beautiful wife, Cheltsie, and they attend North Rock Hill Church.


"Duke" Reeves is the Top Boxing Instructor at MATC and puts an emphasis on proper form, technique, and speed. Not wanting to limit himself to one style of fighting, Duke is also a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu and the resident guru on foot and ankle locks.


Nick is an instructor for both kids jiu jitsu and kickboxing. He has been a student since 2009 and has developed numerous skills as a fighter and as an effective teacher. He has won numerous tournaments for his age group and has even won first place in the Advanced Mens Adult Divisions. He is constantly competing and finding ways to make himself better.
